Aqua fitness and Yoga at the JCC

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 22, 2019
Join us for Aqua fitness and Yoga at the JCC of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
The JCC is located at 1375 St Paul Ave, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55116.
A combined workout of Piyo, breathing, hatha yoga poses and stretches. We work towards strengthening and toning your bodies. A fun workout with for all in our community.
Members of the JCC free.
Non-Members pay 10.00.
Use the pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room, showers and towels for FREE.
Classes taught by Deaf Instructor Jessalyn Akerman-Frank in ASL.
